RESTORER'S TRANSLATION — 관리자 번역
resolution no. 97-01. dated february 26, 1997. found at the very bottom of the box.
"this observatory hereby ends all routine and non-routine observation, effective 24:00, february 26, 1997. this follows an internal finding that the continuation of observation is not unrelated to the changes in the subject of observation. all records shall be sealed and preserved, not destroyed — and shall not be viewed. passed unanimously by all members present."
