"summary of deviation statement hearings," october–december 1994. statements taken from residents, names sealed after hearing.
#1 — a resident remembers the complex having eleven buildings. shown the move-in pamphlet (ten buildings), did not retract.
#2 — a shop tenant says the name of the second-floor academy is wrong. no record of the sign ever being changed.
#3 — got off the bus at a stop that isn't on the route map. still had the ticket.
#4 — a neighbor's face doesn't match the neighborhood-meeting photo.
#5 — children in the playground kept stopping at "eleven" in a counting game.
#6 — an observatory employee heard an announcement at night. no broadcast was scheduled or logged.
