twelve slots. three tapes marked lost, location unknown (003, 005, 006, 009 — four, actually). OBS-004 is "damaged — viewing restricted, director's approval required." someone wrote "re-examine" in pencil next to 008.
[the list goes 010, then 012. there is no line for 011. not crossed out — never typed. the box i bought had no tape labeled 011 either. —archivist]
